摘 要:谦比希铜矿西矿体围岩稳定性差、遇水泥化,前期采用分级尾砂上向进路充填采矿法,在使用过程中存在充填成本高、矿石回收率低等诸多问题,因此谦比希铜矿建设了赞比亚首套膏体充填系统。本文对谦比希铜矿膏体充填系统进行介绍.研究了不同配比条件下膏体流动特性及强度性能,开展了多工况下地表环管和井下上向进路膏体充填采矿方法工业试验,结果表明:充填系统实际充填能力为65m^3/h,深锥底流浓度最高可达72%;充填浓度为68%~70%、输送管内径为124mm时输送摩擦阻力为4~6MPa/km;一步骤回采时灰砂比为1:12或1:16,二步骤回采时灰砂比为1:24;一步骤回采充填体强度大于0.36MPa即可满足自立要求;充填综合成本为15~20美元/m^3;采用膏体充填后,矿石回收率提高35%,采切比降低80m^3/kt。矿体服务年限延长10年。The sourrounding rock of west orebody of Chambishi Copper Mine has bad stability, and easy pelitization in water. Upward drift mining with classified tailings backfilling was used in the previous period, and it had high filling cost and low ore recovery rate. So the first paste filling system in Zambia was built in Chambishi Copper Mine. In this paper the paste backfilling system was introduced. The paste flow characteristic and strength properties were studied under different cement-sand ratios, and the industrial test of surface pipe and upward drift mining with backfilling method were carried on under different conditions. The results showed that the actual capacity of filling system was 65m3/h, the highest underflow concentrate of deep-cone thickener was 72% o The frictional resistance was 4 - 6MPa/km when the filling concentrate was 68% - 70% and the inside-diameter of transportation pipe was 124mm. The cement-sand ratio was 1:12 or 1:16 in the first-step stoping, and 1:24 in the second-step stoping. The filling body can meet the self-support need when the strength was more than 0. 36MPa in the first-step stoping. The comprehensive filling cost was 15 - 20USD/m3. After paste filling being used, the ore recovery rate increased 35% , the mining-cutting ratio reduced 80m3/kt, and the orebody service life increased 10 years.
