摘 要:谦比希铜矿西矿体矿岩破碎、遇水泥化崩解,矿石回采困难,回采率在50%左右。谦比希矿建设了膏体充填系统,采用上向进路膏体充填采矿法对矿石进行回采。由于赞比亚水泥价格昂贵、供应不足,因此合理的充填体强度是影响膏体充填应用成功与否的关键因素。采用类比、理论分析、室内实验等方法确定了谦比希充填体自立强度为0.36MPa、抵抗爆破影响充填体强度为0.8MPa。通过室内实验确定现场充填料浓度在70%~71%、灰砂比为1:8时,充填体单轴抗压强度可以达到0.8MPa。通过井下应用,充填体在受到爆破振动作用时能够自立,满足采矿需求。West orebody of Chambishi Copper Mine has fractured ore rock and the nature of pelitization and disintegration in water. It is difficult to stope, and the ore recovery rate is around 50%. So the paste filling system was built in Chambishi Mine, and it used the upward drift with paste backfilling for ore drawing. Because of the short supply and the high price of cement in Zambia, the rational strength of filling body is the key issue which impacts on the paste filling application. The analogy, theoretical analysis, the indoor experiment and so on were used and it was determined that the filling body self-support strength of Chambishi Mine was 0.36MPa, and the strength of resisting blasting influence was O. 8MPa. The indoor experiment showed that the uniaxial compressive strength of filling body can reached 0.8MPa when fill concentration was between 70% - 71% and cement-sand ratio was 1 : 8. The underground applications proved that the filling body can be self-support under blasting vibration, and can satisfy the needs of mining.
