摘  要:以谦比希铜矿为研究对象,针对其岩体松散破碎的特点以及目前支护方式的不足,提出采用"树脂锚杆十金属网"的新型锚网支护技术,并以普氏压力拱理论及其它力学理论为基础,分析巷道围岩的应力与变形,设计了适宜的支护参数,结合采场不同位置的围岩破坏情况,提出分类支护标准。应用结果表明:采用该支护方式后,巷道稳定性得到保证,返修率由20%降低至8%,降低了综合支护成本。Took Chambishi Copper Mine as the study object,aimed at the characteristics of loose and fractured rock and the problems existing in current support way, 'grouted resin bolting with wire mesh' support technology was proposed. The rock stress and deformation was analyzed, and the support parameters were designed based on Protodyakonov' s theory and other mechanics theory. The classification of support standard was put forward combined with the failure situation of surrounding rock in different places. The application results showed that this support technology guaranteed the stability of roadway effectively, and the roadway repair rate decreased from 20% to 8% , which reduced the support cost.
