摘 要:针对尾矿矿浆浓度小、输送量大、成本高等问题提出采用尾矿矿浆浓缩水选钼,研究了不同时段浓缩水对选矿的影响。为减少对选钼的影响,对水质进行了超声波处理、充气搅拌及与回水配比等务件试验,从试验中得出:对尾矿矿浆澄清水进行充气搅拌可使残余药剂含量降低至30%,与回水1:1配比可用于生产。对其水质理化特性进行了测定,提出了改进措施。In view of the problems of low density, large quantity and high cost in tailings pulp transportation, using thickened overflow of tailings pulp for molybdenum dressing was proposed, and the influence of thickened overflow in different periods on molybdenum dressing was studied. In order to reduce the influence, the test of ultrasonic treatment, air mixing and mixing with backwater were done. It is concluded that air mixing method can reduce the residual reagents to around 30% , the mixing of productive backwater with clarified water of tailings pulp with 1 : 1 ratio can be used for production. The chemical and physical characteristics of waters were estimated, and the improvement measures were put forward.
