摘　　要：针对微孔活性硅酸钙产品含水高、粒度小、难过滤等特点,以大唐再生资源公司氧化铝分厂生产的活性硅酸钙为原料,采用立盘加压过滤机、水平带式过滤机、立式压滤机进行过滤半工业试验。结果表明,立盘加压过滤机具有产能高、滤饼水分低、自动化程度高等优点,是较好的活性硅酸钙末端过滤设备。According to characteristics of micro-porous activated calcium silicate products such as high water content,small particle size,difficult filtration etc.,taking active calcium silicate produced by alumina branch factory of Datang Regeneration Resources Ltd as raw material,semi-commercial filtration experiment was conducted with equipment including vertical disc pressure filter,horizontal band filter,vertical pressure filter etc..The results show that vertical disc pressure filter have advantages of high productivity and low cake moisture,high level of automation,it is a better terminal filtration equipment of active calcium silicate.
