摘 要:通过热力学分析和计算,绘制了V2O5、Fe O、Fe2O3、Fe3O4、Al2O3的氧化物离解-生成反应吉布斯自由能图和离解压与温度的关系图,并结合球磨后钒与氧含量的变化,对钒铁球磨过程中钒铁颗粒的氧化行为进行了分析。结果表明,钒铁中钒与铁的氧化造成了钒含量的降低和氧含量的增加。最后提出了减轻钒铁被氧化的应对措施。By thermodynamics analysis and calculation of ferrovanadium in the process of ball milling, the V2Os, FeO, Fe203, Fe304 and A1203 oxide dissociation-formation reaction Gibbs free energy diagram and relationship diagram of the dissociation pressure and temperature were drawn. Combined with the change of vanadium and oxygen after ball milling, the oxidation behavior of ferrovanadium was analyzed in the process of ball milling. The results indicated that the oxidation of vanadium and iron gave rise to the decrease of vanadium content and increase of oxygen content in ferrovanadium. The corresponding measures were proposed in the end.
