农村社会工作实务模式问题探微

摘　　要：在农村社会工作实务开展过程中,基本形成了以万载模式、湘西模式和绿寨模式为代表的三种实务模式,发展中的农村社会工作机遇与挑战并存,社会对社会工作认同度低,社会发展滞后于经济发展,社会支撑网络体系不健全,社会工作制度体系不健全,是农村社会工作发展缓慢的硬障碍。社会工作服务农村须要面对服务供给不足和需求迫切的矛盾,解决文化识盲、专业霸权的问题,专业性和行政性社会工作双重悖论问题,服务为本与管理为本的调试问题。体制外培育和体制内转换培育农村社会工作专业人才队伍,对发展农村社会工作,创新农村公共服务供给体系,以及社会工作理论实务的本土化发展,都具有实质性的价值意义。In the development process of rural social work practice, it basically formed three kinds of practice mode, the Wanzai Mode, the Xiangxi Mode and the Green Village Mode as the representative of the rural social work. Opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of social work. The degree is low, the social development lags behind economic development, social support network system is not perfect, and social work system is not perfect. All the above are hard obstacles to slow development of rural social work. Rural social work services in rural areas need to face the urgent service supply and demand contradiction, to social work theory and practice.
