摘  要:随着我国经济的飞速发展,企业越来越重视员工招聘工作。然而,当前我国企业员工招聘实践中还存在着诸多问题,主要包括招聘规划设计制定不完善、招聘渠道的选取不恰当、招聘标准的制定不合理、招聘流程不规范等。文章从企业内外部层面深入分析了问题存在的原因,提出了通过建立科学规范的企业员工招聘体系解决员工招聘问题的对策,进而提高我国企业员工招聘的效率和效果。With the development of China's economy, enterprises pay more and more attention to works of staff recruitment. However, at present there are many problems in enterprise staff recruitment practice, mainly including incomplete recruitment plan, inappropriate recruitment channels, unreasonable recruitment standard, and nonstandard recruitment process. The paper deeply analyzed the reasons of the problems from internal and external perspective of enterprise. It finally proposed countermeasures of building scientific and standardized system of staff recruitment to deal with these problems, then improve the efficiency and effects of enterprise staff recruitment.
