摘　　要：综述胃肠外营养临床配制、输注途径、输注方式和临床护理重点,指出其安全性和有效性与配制环境、人员管理、配制流程等方面关系密切,选择前需要进行全面综合评估,在审方和配制过程中保证配伍用药的合理性,保证胃肠外营养输注的有效性和安全性。It reviewed the clinical configuration,infusion way,infusion methods and clinical nursing focus of par-enteral nutrition.It pointed out the close relationship among the safety and effectiveness and configuration envi-ronment,personnel management and configuration process.It needs the first comprehensive assessment before selecting,ensure the reasonableness of the compatibility of drugs and parties in the trial preparation process and to ensure the efficacy and safety of parenteral nutrition infusion.
