摘　　要：文章概述移动图书馆的概念、功能和特点,分析了SERQUAL、Lib QUAL+TM和Insync Surverys三种主流的图书馆服务质量评价模型理论,结合移动图书馆的特性,在借鉴SERQUAL、Lib Qu AL+TM和Insync Surveys的核心思想和评价指标体系的基础上,提出了一个新的移动图书馆服务质量评价指标体系。The Mobile Internet generation gave birth to the development of mobile libraries. This paper analyzes the mobile library on the concept, function and features, and analyzed the quality of library SERQUAL, LibQUALL＋TM and lnsync Surverys three mainstream service evaluation model theory. Binding properties of the mobile library, drawing SERQUAL, LibQUALL＋ TM and Insync Surverys of core ideas and evaluation index system, the paper proposed a new mobile library service quality evaluation index system.
