摘　　要：技术转移平台是科技成果转移转化的公共服务平台。本文分析了中国—东盟技术转移平台建设的需求情况,提出了中国—东盟技术转移平台建设的策略及平台的发展模式,对中国更好地开展与东盟国家的科技合作与技术转移具有指导意义。Technology transfer platform is the public services platform of the transfer and transformation of sicteeh achievements. This paper analyzes the demand situation for the construction of the China-ASEAN technology transfer platform, puts forward the strategy for the construction of the China-ASEAN technology transfer platform and the development model of platform. It is very important for China to develop the scientific and technological cooperation and technology transfer with ASEAN countries.
