摘　　要：马来西亚政党制度独具特色,代表不同族群的政党结成联盟,在竞争中合作,并不断发展演变。这种独特的制度有其复杂的成因,但也存在着一些问题,本文试从政治和法律角度进行研究,解读马来西亚的政党制度与宪政相关制度的关系,并对其政党制度发展做出展望。Malaysia is a friendly neighbor of China. Its political party system is unique.Parties which represent different ethnic groups form an alliance.They cooperate in the competition and evolve steadily.This unique system has complex causes, and several problems exist in it. This paper tries to make an analysis from the angle of politics and law, in order to Interpretate the relationship between Malaysian political party system and the constitutional system, and look the prospect of its political party system ahead.
