摘 要:实时灌溉预报与灌溉用水决策支持系统的应用是指导适时适量灌溉,促进灌区节水,推动灌溉管理走向现代化、自动化、智能化的重要手段和主要途径之一。详细介绍了新一代实时灌溉预报及灌溉用水决策支持系统的基本功能、系统结构及主要数学模型。与现有的灌溉管理软件相比,本系统具有以下特点:增加了中长期产量、灌溉需水量的预报功能,通过水分生产函数优选灌水方案;不再以每旬的第一天作为固定的预报起始时间,而是以任意一天为基础对未来10d实时灌溉预报;支持用户需求模式,统计用水户的灌溉需求,自动制定配水方案;支持配水人工干预功能,人机交互更灵活、密切。实际应用表明,本系统可实现适时、适量灌溉,为灌区灌溉用水管理提供了科学依据。The application of Real-Time Irrigation Forecasting and Irrigation Water Decision Support System (RTIF&IWDSS) can guide irrigation at right time and with proper quantity ,it is an important tool and main way to promote water-saving in the irrigation region and to accelerate the irrigation management toward modernization ,automation and intelligence .This paper develops a new generation of RTIF&IWDSS .Compared to the old version ,the new one has the following distinguished features:a new function is added to medium and long-term total yield and irrigation water forecasting ,with which optimal irrigation scheme can be provided by the system through water production function .Freewill date can be selected as the system running start time for next ten-day real-time irrigation forecasting ,not the first day of every ten days of one month any more .A user demand running model is supported ,in this situation ,reasonable irrigation scheme can be made automatically based on statistical users'irrigation requirements .It's more flex‐ible and friendly between user and computer as a manual intervention procedure is integrated in the system .Practical application of the system shows that it can achieve the goal of right-time and accurate-quantity irrigation and provide forceful evidence for scientific irrigation water management .
