摘  要:以大兴安岭地区笃斯越橘实生苗和扦插苗为研究对象,进行生长情况、生物量及光合特性的对比分析。结果表明:相同种源、同龄的笃斯越橘扦插苗各项生长指标(苗高、地径、冠幅等)要优于实生苗,扦插苗的生物量分配叶、茎的比重均大于实生苗,根生物量分配低于实生苗,实生苗根系情况好于扦插苗;从光响应曲线来看,笃斯越橘扦插苗净光合速率(Pn)总体高于实生苗,属于阴性植物;从光合作用的外界因素中的气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度来看,在露地栽培中扦插苗比实生苗更加适合种植。The Vaccinium uliginosum L seedling and cuttings in Greater Khingan area was used as the research object, and the growth, biomass, and photosynthetic contrasting characteristics were analyzed and studied. The results showed that the growth indica- tors of Vaccinium uliginosum L cuttings with the same provenance and age (seedling height, ground diameter, and crown width) were better than those of seedlings. The allocation to the leaves and stems of cuttings were larger than that of the seedlings, while the allo- cation to the root was lower than that of the seedlings. The root of seedling growths was better than cuttings. From the light response curve, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of the cuttings was higher than that of the seedlings, which belongs to the negative plants. From the external factor of photosynthesis of stomatal conductance and the intercellular CO2 concentration, the cuttings was more suit- able for planting outside.
