伊维菌素片剂对绵羊寄生虫的防治效果观察

摘　　要：应用伊维菌素片剂，选择自然感染消化道线虫和部分外寄生虫的1-2岁绵羊80只，分别按0．1，0．2，0．3mg／kg剂量注射给药，同时用伊维菌素注射剂作对照。结果：给药后第7d检查，伊维菌素片剂O．2mg／kg剂量组对绵羊消化道线虫虫卵转阴率和减少率分别为95．O％和97．5％，对绵羊颚虱的杀虫率达100．0％，对羊蜱蝇的转阴率为90．O％；0．3nIg／l唱剂量组虫卵转阴率和减少率均达100．0％，对绵羊颚虱的杀虫率达100．0％，对羊蜱蝇的转阴率为95．0％；0．1mg／kg剂量组对线虫虫卵转阴率和减少率分别为80．0％和88．3％。同剂量伊维菌素片剂与伊维菌素注射剂对绵羊上述寄生虫的有效率基本一致。试验证明伊维菌素片剂0．2，0．3mg／kg剂量驱除绵羊寄生虫高效安全。80 shecps aged wlth years, natural infection of gastrointestinal nematodes and part of the extenud parasites were selected and administrate ivermectin tablet according to 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 mg/kg dose injected respectively, while using ivermectln injection as control. The results showed that the negative rate and loss rote of nematodes in gastrointestinal were95.0% and 97.5% respectively under0.2 mg/kg dose of ivermectin tablet after the treatment of 7 d check, killing rate of louse is 100.0% on the sheep jaw. The negative rate of Melophagas is90.0%. Under 0.3 mg/kg dose of ivermectin table4 Both negative rate and loss rate of nematodes were 100.0%. The killing rate of louse is 100.0% on the sheep jaw. The negative rate of Melophagus is95.0%.Under 0.1 mg/kg dose of ivermectin tablet, the negative rate and loss rate of nematodes were 80.0% and 88.3% respectively. Trials showed that same dose of ivermectin tablet and ivermectin injection were same effectiveness on controlling parasites. Under0.2, 0.3 mg/kg dose of ivermectin tablet is safe and effective on deworming in sheep.
