摘 要:试验旨在研究牦牛、藏羊放牧家畜的种公畜鲜精精子顶体完整率的差异,为开展藏羊鲜精人工授精技术应用、藏羊冷配技术应用、牦牛冷配技术应用提供依据。选用大通牦牛5头,平均年龄7岁,藏羊5只,平均年龄2岁,采用假阴道家畜精液采集法获得种公畜鲜精,通过鲜精精子形态检查,比较牦牛、藏羊放牧家畜鲜精精子顶体完整率差异。结果表明:牦牛鲜精精液量平均5.25m L,精子密度平均11.27亿/m L,精子活力平均73.3%;藏羊鲜精精液量平均0.9m L,精子密度平均29.35亿/m L,精子活力平均75.80%。牦牛和藏羊的鲜精精子活力无显著差异(P>0.05);牦牛和藏羊的鲜精精子畸形率无显著差异(P>0.05);藏羊鲜精精子顶体完整率显著高于牦牛(P<0.05)。The difference of acrosome inntact rate of fresh sperm in grazing yak,-grasing 1;ibetan sheep were studied for developing artificial insemination technology application in Tibetan sheep and yak. 5 Datong yaks aged with7 years, 5 Tibhetan sheep aged with2 years were selected, the sperm was collected by simulation vagina method. The difference of acresome intact rate of fresh sperm in grazing yak, grazing Tibetan sheep is studied by morphological examination.The results showed that the fresh semen volume of yak is 5.25 mL on average,sperm density on average is 1.127 billion/mL, sperm vitality is73.3% on average. The fresh semen volume of Tibetan sheep is 0.9 mL, sperm density is 2.935 billion/mL, sperm vitality is 75.80%on average. There is no significant difference (P 〉 0.05) in sperm vitality between yak and Tibetan sheep. There is no significant difference(P 〉 0.05) in deformity rate of sperm between yak and Tibetan sheep. The acmsome intact rate of fresh sperm inTibetan sheep was signlficantly higher than that of yak (P 〈 0.05).
