冷冻精液的超长期保存效果及其受精能力观察实验

摘　　要：为了检验冷冻精液的超长期保存效果及其授配能力,本试验抽检经液氮超低温保存16—35年的海福特、夏洛莱、利木赞、荷斯坦、西门塔尔等5个品种颗粒冻精63剂,进行保存效果观察。结果表明,颗粒冻精抽检日的平均活力为36.66%,最长保存时间为35年,所保存的冻精活力均符合《牛冷冻精液》国家标准。授配试验中,分别取经保存25年、26年的颗粒冻精为4头母牛输精,现已均受孕产犊。结果表明:经长期的保存35年之久的冻精,镜检活力符合国家标准,且具有受精繁殖后代的能力。In order to test the long-term preservation effect of frozen semen and its ability,The 63 dose drop frozen semen of five species of Hereford, Charelais, Limousin, Holstein, Simmental for conservation of 16-35years in liquid uitrogon were check up.The results showed thataverago vigor of particles frozen semen was 36.66%,the longest conservation time was 35 years, the average vigor of all drop frozen semen was to be line with the government standard of frozen semen of bull. The conception test indicated that 4 female cattles were implemented frozen semen with conservation of 25,26 years, they are pregnant and gave to birth.It indicated that the average vigor of the frozen semen conserved in the liquid nitrogen for 35 years was fitted with government standard, the frozen semen could be fertilized for breeding.
