藏羊鲜精保存温度和稀释液的筛选

摘　　要：为研制优良稀释液和保存温度，对5种不同配方的稀释液在常温和低温下进行保存效果观察实验。观察精子活力变化情况及顶体完整率、畸形率，结果藏羊鲜精的最佳保存温度为0～5℃，最佳稀释液配方是：取75mL的每100mL双馏水中果糖3g、葡萄糖3g，柠檬酸钠1．5g的基础液加卵黄25mL，2．5％VB12，在这种情况下，精液保存的效果做好，稳定性强，取用方面，适宜推广。To develop fine dilution and conservation temperature of fresh semen,5 dilution with different formula under common and low temperature was studied for semen conservation. The change of the sperm vitality and acrosome intact rate, deformity rate was observed. The results showed that the best conversation temperature range was from 0℃ to 5℃. The best dilution formula was fundament dilution of 3g of fructose, 38 of glucose, 1.Sg of sodium citrate,adding yolk 25mL and 2.5%VBl2 inl00mL distilled water. Under using 75 mL fundament dilution, effect of semen conservation is optimum.
