摘　　要：科研机构数据管理与共享政策可以有效促进科学数据开放共享和再利用,同时使科研机构数据管理与共享工作标准化、系统化。本研究根据科研机构数据管理的特点、需求和过程,结合科研活动利益相关者的要求,提出科研机构数据管理与共享政策的基本内容框架,为我国科研机构制定和实施科研机构数据管理与共享政策提供参考。Scientific data management and sharing policy in research institutions can effectively promote scientific data opening and sha-ring, and facilitate the standardization and systematization of data maaagement and sharing. Based on the analysis of the characteristics, demand and process of data management in scientific research institutions, the policy framework of scientific data management and sharing is proposed. It would give some advices to research institutions on data management and sharing policy decision-making.
