摘　　要：为了提高企业发现、获取和挖掘知识的能力,实现资源的高度共享,基于知识服务的特点和Web服务技术,构建了面向企业的知识服务平台的设计,对平台体系架构进行描述与分析,并对平台所涉及的关键技术,如知识资源整合、知识资源优化、知识目录、知识统计分析和知识服务呼叫中心进行了研究与分析,最后通过面向企业知识服务平台的设计过程验证了平台的应用性。In order to improve the knowledge discovery, acquiring and mining ability of enterprises and to achieve high degree of resources sharing, and based on the characteristics of knowledge service and Web service technology, a knowledge service platform for SMEs is designed and built. Then, the architecture of the platform is described and analyzed, the details of the key technologies involved in the platform including the knowledge resource integration, knowledge resources optimization, knowledge directory, knowledge statisti- cal analysis and call centers of knowledge service are introduced and explored. At last, the design process applied to the knowledge service platform for SMEs verifies the application feasibility of the platform.
