摘　　要：公共图书馆社会服务活动的成功策划来自于对自身条件和外部情况的全面把握。适应新时代,节俭办活动是图书馆举办社会服务活动新常态。Successful planning of public library social service activities are from a comprehensive grasp of their own conditions and external circumstance. To adapt to the new age, thrifty events seems to have to be a new normality for libraries to organize social service activities.
