摘　　要：本文着重分析了学生参与图书馆工作的意义、学生馆员管理中存在的问题,并结合工作实际从学生馆员招募、学生馆员管理、学生馆员培训等方面提出了学生馆员管理的实践措施。The article mainly analyzes the meanings of student staffs participating in library and problems existing in management, with the experlenee in praetieal work, it also offers actual measures about student staffs recruiting, student staffs management and student staffs training.
