摘 要:为了评估螽斯防治饵剂应用蚕场后的生态风险,在蚕场鸟类、鼠类对其取食观察基础上,选取大白鼠为研究对象,室内以饵剂或取食饵剂死亡的螽斯进行喂养,初步评价饵剂对非靶标动物的毒杀风险;测定饵剂中乙酰甲胺磷在施用7d、14d、21d、28d后的土壤残留值,评价其滞留蚕场的残留风险。结果表明,饵剂对鸟类相对安全,而对鼠类存在一定的生态风险;乙酰甲胺磷在土壤中易降解,在自然条件下,7d乙酰甲胺磷和代谢物甲胺磷残留量分别为0.022mg/kg和0.004mg/kg,14d后再未检出,其残留风险低。In order to evaluate the ecological risk of tablet bait for katydids control in a tussah farm, we observed the birdsor rodents' habits of eating baits in the farm firstly. Based on the observation, rats were used to feed katydids who ate thebaits to preliminarily evaluate the poisoning risk of the bait on non target animal the acephate residual value in the soil af-ter applying the bait at 7d, 14d, 21d and 28d were also measured to evaluate its risk at the silkworm farm. The resultsshow that the bait is quite safe for birds, but has certain ecological risks for rodents. As for acephate in the bait, it is easyto degrade in soil under natural conditions - the residual value of acephate and its degradation product methamidophos at7d were 0. 022 mg/kg and 0. 004 mg/kg, respectively, and both out of limit of detection after 14d, which suggests thebait has low residual risk on silkworm field.
