高效液相色谱法测定曲松素乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定曲松素乳膏中醋酸曲安奈德含量的高效液相色谱（HPLC）法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（70∶30）,流速1.0 m L/min,检测波长240 nm。结果醋酸曲安奈德质量浓度在0.007 4～0.111 g/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）,平均回收率为99.45%,RSD为0.76%（n=9）。结论该法准确、可靠,可用于醋酸曲安奈德的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for content determination of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate in Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Cream. Methods HPLC was carried out on column of Agilent Eclipse XDB - C18 column （200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 m） . The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water（70 ： 30） with flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min, and the detecting wavelength was at 240 nm. Results The linear range of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate was 0. 007 4 - 0. 111 g / L（ r = 0. 999 9）and the average recovery was 99. 45% , RSD = 0. 76% （ n = 9 ） . Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate for the quality control of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Cream.
