摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对异常用量药品的专项调查和干预模式,为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法临床药师对医院住院药房转化糖注射液(规格500 m L)异常用量原因和用药合理性进行调查分析,比较干预前后该药的用量。结果干预后转化糖注射液使用量与干预前比较逐渐下降,表明临床药师干预有效。结论医院异常用量药品动态监测和临床药师专项调查及干预模式,可促进医院临床用药更安全、有效、经济。Objective To explore the mode of clinical pharmacist investigating and intervening the abnormal usage quantity of drug in order to enhance the rational drug use level. Methods Clinical pharmacist investigated the reason of abnormal usage quantity of invert sugar injection （ 500 mL ） and the rational use of drug were analyzed. The result of intervention was compared. Results The usage quantity of invert sugar injection gradual declined after clinical pharmacist intervened, which indicated the intervention was effective. Conclusion The mode of investigation and intervention of abnormal usage quantity of drug in our hospital is valid to promote safe, ef-fective and economic of rational drug use.
