补佳乐联合几丁糖预防宫腔镜电切术后宫腔粘连51例

摘　　要：目的观察补佳乐联合几丁糖用于宫腔镜电切术后预防宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法选择行宫腔镜电切手术患者102例,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组术后给予补佳乐治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合应用几丁糖治疗。结果观察组住院时间为(8.38±1.88)d、发生宫腔粘连2例,对照组住院时间为(14.21±2.69)d、发生宫腔粘连11例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛评分为(1.43±0.72)分、宫腔操作次数为(1.86±0.61)次、术后阴道出血时间为(5.03±1.21)d、术后月经量为(287.66±41.02)m L,均明显低于对照组的(3.62±1.66)分、(4.26±1.53)次、(6.89±2.32)d、(200.71±27.76)m L(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组雌二醇(390.38±41.19)pmol/L、孕酮(11.38±2.06)nmol/L,对照组治疗后雌二醇(389.79±41.46)pmol/L、孕酮(11.27±2.13)nmol/L,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补佳乐联合几丁糖应用于宫腔镜电切手术可降低术后宫腔粘连发生率,缩短住院时间和阴道出血时间,对患者体内激素水平影响很小,值得临床推广。Objective Discusses the application of filling Progynova joint chitosan after hysteroscopic surgery of uterine cavity adhesion effect and clinical application value. Methods Choose our line of hysteroscopic surgery patient 102 examples, take random number table method was divided into observation group and control group, 51 cases of each group. Control group postoperatively progynova reatment, observation group in the control group on the basis of combined use of chitosan treatment, two groups of postoperative caused by in-trauterine adhesions. Results Observation group, length of hospital stay （8. 38 ＆#177; 1. 88） d caused by intrauterine adhesions occurred in 2 cases; The control group, length of hospital stay （14. 21 ＆#177; 2. 69） d happened caused by intrauterine adhesions in 11 cases, comparing dif-ferences between groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05） . Control pain score （3. 62 ＆#177; 1. 66） points, number of uterine cavity operation （4. 26 ＆#177; 1. 53）, postoperative vaginal bleeding time （6. 89 ＆#177; 2. 32） d, menstrual quantity （200. 71 ＆#177; 27. 76） after ml, comparing differences between groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05） .
