曲伏前列素与噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗老年青光眼的疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比曲伏前列素与噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗对青光眼老年患者的降眼内压效果。方法将收治的122例患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各61例。研究组采用曲伏前列素滴眼液治疗,对照组给予噻吗洛尔滴眼液治疗。结果研究组患者在治疗后1,2,6,12个月的眼内压较对照组均明显下降(t=4.65,4.42,4.71,5.10,P<0.05)。两组患者基线视野评分无明显差异(t=0.85,P>0.05),治疗后12个月,研究组视野评分明显低于对照组(t=2.67,P<0.05)。研究组结膜充血发生率(31.15%)与对照组(27.87%)相比,无明显差异(χ2=0.16,P>0.05)。结论曲伏前列素滴眼液较噻吗洛尔滴眼液可更显著降低老年青光眼患者的眼内压,且稳定、可靠,能减缓患者的视野缺损进展,不良反应较少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the atenolol regimen for two IOP in glaucoma patients travoprost and timolol. Methods A parallel, randomized controlled studies, the present study in January 2014 - December 2014 will be treated 122 cases of elderly patients with glaucoma in a random number table, randomly divided into study group and control group, each with 61 cases, of which study group with travoprost treatment, while the control group were treated with timolol treatment. Results The study group compared with the control group of patients pressure was significantly decreased in the eye after treatment in January, February, June and December, and the differ-ence was statistically significant（ t = 4. 65, 4. 42, 4. 71, 5. 10, P〈 0. 05 ） . Study group and control group patients before treatment was no significant difference between the baseline score vision（ t = 0. 85, P〉 0. 05）; and in December, after treatment, the study group′s vi-sion scores were significantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（ t = 2. 67, P〈 0. 05）. The inci-dence of conjunctival hyperemia （31. 15% ） of the study group and the control group （27. 87% ） compared with no significant differ-ence（ χ2 = 0. 16, P〉 0. 05） . Conclusion travoprost comparing timolol more significantly reduce intraocular pressure in glaucoma, the el-derly, and has a stable and reliable antihypertensive effect, can slow the progress of the patient′s field of vision, fewer side effects, can be used as various types of clinical elderly the drug of choice for treating glaucoma.
