摘　　要：氧化锆氧分析仪测量烟气中的氧含量,是控制炉窑经济燃烧不可缺少的重要在线分析仪,它有3个作用,节能、减少环境污染和延长炉龄。针对氧化锆在装置中出现的问题,对氧化锆进行技术改造,降低氧化锆的故障率,使氧化锆维护更加方便,并延长氧化锆的使用寿命。Zirconia oxygen analyzer was used to measure the oxygen content in flue gas. It is the important online analyzer to control the combustion furnace to combust economic ally . And it has three functions , including saving energy, reducing environmental pollution and prolonging the life of combustion furnace.In the light of the problems of zirconia device to make the technical reformationin order to reduce the failure rate , make the zirconia maintenance more convenient, and prolong the service life .
