摘　　要：为落实医疗质量持续改进、提升医院管理水平,体现"质量、安全、服务、效率"的管理理念,北京大学第一医院参照《JCI医院评审标准》及《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则》,制定并应用了《科室医疗综合目标评估档案》。同时采用PDCA循环作为质量管理工具贯穿其形成过程,促进了临床科室医疗质量持续改进,提升了医疗水平。In order to implement continuous improvement of medical quality and enhance hospital management level, reflect the management philosophy＂quality, safety, service and efficiency＂, according to＂JCI Accreditation Standards for Hospitals＂and＂Three general hospital accreditation standards implementation details＂,＂Comprehensive appraisal of clinical department＂was made and implemented. This article described the formulation, application and improvement of＂Comprehensive appraisal of clinical department＂and briefly described using＂PDCA cycle＂as a management tool in this process.
