摘　　要：介绍了物联网概念和关键技术,指出传统智能小区存在的缺陷,对智能小区进行需求分析,针对基于物联网技术的智能小区进行了设计和研究.This paper introduces the Internet of Things technology and its key technologies,points out the de-fects existing in the traditional intelligent community,analyses the requirement for intelligent community,gives a designing and research on Intelligent Community based on Internet of Things technology.
