摘 要:秸秆通过青贮加工,做成的青贮饲料不仅青鲜、适口、采食率高、便于贮运,而且还解决了冬春季饲草匮乏的困扰。为适应畜牧养殖业的发展,研究了一种大型高效的青贮秸杆铡切揉丝机,采用铡揉、输料双动力结构方式,对青贮秸杆进行铡切揉丝加工,提高了青贮饲料揉丝加工的作业效率,降低了生产成本,饲料揉丝效果良好。采用三维建模技术借助于Simulation软件对关键零件进行了有限元分析,为其设计合理性的验证提供了依据。Wu Xiuwen;Wang Jun;Shandong Tai'an Agricultural Machinery Science Research Institute; Green silage,made of straw through silage processing,is not only fresh,palatable,high in feed rate,easy to store and transport,but also solves the forage shortage problems in winter and spring.In order to meet the development of animal husbandry and aquaculture,a large and efficient silage straw guillotine cutting and rubbing machine is studied.By guillotine and rubbing,conveying dual-power structure mode,silage straw is cut and rubbed,operational efficiency of cutting and rubbing the silage is improved,production cost is reduced,the feed silage is rubbed well.Finite element analysis is conducted for the key parts by means of three-dimensional modeling with simulation software,which provides a basis to verify the rational design.
