加味一贯煎联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗中晚期肝癌临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味一贯煎联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法:102例中晚期肝癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组予以氩氦刀冷冻消融术及术后常规内科治疗,治疗组予以常规内科治疗联合术后第3天口服加味一贯煎,2周为1个治疗周期,连续口服2个周期,观察两组患者肿块、卡氏评分、甲胎蛋白及临床症状变化情况,评价术后并发症。结果:治疗组肿瘤组织坏死率、卡氏评分、甲胎蛋白及临床症状改善情况均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗后两组患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:加味一贯煎联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗中晚期肝癌患者,可有效提高患者生存率,临床效果显著。Objective ： To explore the clinical study on the treatment of liver cancer with middle and advanced stage by Modified Yignan Jian combined with argon-helium cryosurgery eryoablation. Methods ：102 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given argon-helium cryosurgery cryoablation and conventional Medical Treatment after the operation, while the treatment group was given Yiguan Jian after the operation 3 days, 1 course was 2 weeks,2 weeks later,to observe the lumps, Cart＇s score, AFP and clinical symptoms, evaluating the postoperative complications. Results ： In the treatment group, tumor necrosis rate, carr＇s score, AFP and improve clinical symptoms were superior to the control group, The differences were statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Serious complications were not occurred for the patients of the two groups. Conclusion：Modified Yignan Jian combined with argon-heli- um cryosurgery cryoablation can relieve untoward effect after the cryoablation, improve the survival rate of the patients with clinical effect is remarkable.
