中西医结合治疗四肢骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗四肢骨折的临床疗效。方法:将140例患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组采用常规骨折手术治疗。治疗组采用传统手术治疗的同时予以中医疗法联合治疗。治疗后观察两组患者的临床疗效,并记录两组患者骨折愈合时间以及肿胀消失时间,术后随访记录术后并发症情况以及四肢功能恢复情况。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者骨折愈合时间以及肿胀消失时间明显短于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后并发症情况以及四肢功能恢复情况明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗四肢骨折患者疗效明显优于单纯手术治疗四肢骨折患者,同时能够显著缩短患者骨折愈合时间,促进患者康复进程,缩短肿胀消失时间,减轻患者痛苦,明显减低术后并发症发生率,提高四肢功能恢复。Objective ： To observe the effects on the treatment of limbs fracture by operation combined with Lnvigorating the circulation of blood and relieve swelling and pain method. Methods ：140 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 70 cases. The control group was given conventional operation. The treatment group was given TCM therapy based on the control group, observing the clinical effects after the treatment, and recording the times of healing and extinction of swell, post-operation follow-up the postoperative complications and functional recovery. Results：Comparing the clinical curative effects of the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The patients of the treatment group with fracture healing time and swelling disappeared time significantly shorter than the control group. Comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, the postoperative complications and limb function recovery was better than control group, comparing the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：In treating limbs frac- ture by operation combined with invigorating the circulation of blood and relieve swelling and pain method is superior to just use opera- tion, and shorten the swelling disappear time, reducing patient pain, significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the limb functional recovery.
