四联外治法结合温经化瘀汤治疗输卵管炎性不孕症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察四联外治法结合温经化瘀汤治疗输卵管炎性不孕症寒湿瘀滞证的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各50例。对照组采用温经化瘀汤治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用四联外治法治疗。观察治疗后输卵管通畅情况,中医证候积分改善情况及半年内妊娠情况。结果:治疗组在有效率、宫内妊娠率及中医证候积分改善方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四联外治法结合温经化瘀汤能有效改善输卵管炎性不孕寒湿瘀滞证的临床症状及体征,提高输卵管复通率及治疗后妊娠率。Objective：To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of fallopian tube inflammatory infertility by Silian external therapy combined with Wenjing Huayu Tang. Methods：100cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each group was 50cases. The control group was given Wenjing Huayu Tang. The treatment group was given Silian external therapy based on the control group. After the treatment, observing the unobstructed situation of fallopian tube,The mend matters of TCM syndrome integral and preg- nancy in the half year. Results ： The total effective rate, rate of uterine pregnancy and TCM syndrome integral in the treatment group are superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Silian external therapy combined with Wenjing Huayu Tang can effectively im- prove the clinical symptoms and signs of allopian tube inflammatory infertility with cold-dampness stasis, improve the repatency rate of fallopian tube and pregnancy rate after the treatment.
