加味化痰通络汤治疗脑梗死风痰瘀阻证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味化痰通络汤治疗脑梗死风痰瘀阻证的临床疗效。方法:将78例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各39例。对照组予以常规基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以加味化痰通络汤治疗,治疗后比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医证候积分以及神经功能缺损评分。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的痰证与血瘀证均得到一定改善,且治疗组治疗后的痰证与血瘀证积分均优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的神经功能评分均优于治疗前,且治疗组改善情况优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味化痰通络汤治疗脑梗死风痰瘀阻证可有效改善患者临床症状,并促进神经功能的恢复。Objective ： To observe the clinical effects on the treatment of cerebral infarction with syndrome of wind phlegm and blood stag- nation by modified Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Tang. Methods ：78 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group was 39 cases. The control group was given conventional basic treatment, while the treatment group was given modified Jiawei Hua- tan Tongluo Tang based on the control group. After the treatment, comparing with the clinical effects of the two groups and TCM syn- drome integral and neural function defect scale before and after treatment. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group is superior to the control group. Compared with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Phlegm syndrome and blood sta- sis syndrome were must be improved in the two groups, and in the treatment group, phlegm syndrome and blood stasis syndrome integral after the treatment were superior to control group. Comparison with the two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treatment, the nerve function score in the two groups are better than the before treatment, and the treatment group is better than control group, two groups of comparison, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Tang on the treatment of cerebral infarction with syndrome of wind phlegm and blood stagnation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with phlegm and blood stasis, and promote the recovery of neural function.
