摘　　要：目的:分析《炎症性肠病生存质量问卷》(inflammatory bowel disease questionnaire,IBDQ)用于评估活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者治疗前后的生存质量。方法:将72例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者随机等分为3组,每组各24例。对照组Ⅰ为常规治疗基础上仅联用溃结灌肠液气药灌肠;对照组Ⅱ则单纯行常规治疗,即口服5-ASA制剂及固肠止泻丸(结肠炎丸)治疗;试验组采用在常规治疗基础上联用溃结灌肠液气药灌肠+益生菌口服。各项治疗均由前期临床试验证明其临床有效。每例患者均于治疗前进行首次IBDQ问卷。进行相应治疗方案4周,即1个疗程后观察临床疗效,再次完成IBDQ问卷。结果:与治疗前比较,各组生存质量均有提高(P<0.05),且生存质量改善情况随治疗方案递减呈下降趋势;但完成问卷病例数递增。结论:IBDQ能够比较准确地反映患者在治疗前后的生存质量改善情况;并对患者在治疗过程中的感受有所体现。Objective：To explore the accuracy and rationality of inflammatory bowel diseases questionnaire （IBDQ） be used to estimate the quality of life（QOL） in patients who had been diagnosed as active ulcerative colitis. Methods ：72 cases who had been diagnosed active UC were randomly divided into 3 groups, 24 cases in each group. The control group Ⅱ was given conventional therapy（5-ASAand colitis pills）. The control group I was given enema by Collapse and irrigation using medicine based on the group control group Ⅱ. The experimental group was taken orally probiotics based on the control group Ⅱ and control group Ⅰ. All the treatment by the early clinical trials to prove its clinical effective. Each patient did IBDQ questionnaire prior to treatment. After 4 weeks, complete IBDQ questionnaire again. Results ： Compared with the prior treatment, the life quality had been improved in the three groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and improve quali- ty of life decrease with treatment is on the decline ; but increasing the number of cases completed questionnaire. Conclusion ： IBDQ can more accurately reflect the patients＇s life quality before and after treatment. And for the patient in the feelings reflected in the process of the treatment.
