针刺结合超声波治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针刺结合超声波治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的90例患者,随机分为针刺组(30例)、针刺结合超声波治疗组(30例)及药物组(30例)。针刺组给予针刺治疗,针刺结合超声波组在针刺组治疗方案上加用超声波治疗,药物组给予口服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊及盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗。结果:三组患者治疗后Lequesne指数得分以及血清白细胞介素1β浓度均较治疗前下降,其中针刺结合超声波治疗组优于针刺组及药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而针刺结合超声波治疗组与药物组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。针刺结合超声波治疗组临床疗效优于针刺组及药物组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而针刺组与药物组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺结合超声波能够降低膝骨关节炎患者Lequesne指数及血清IL-1β浓度,从而改善患者临床症状。Objective：To study the effects of acupuncture combined with ultrasonic therapy for the patients with knee osteoarthritis on the Lequesne index, serum IL-1 β and the clinical efficacy. Methods：90 patients included in the standard were randomly divided into acu- puncture group（ group A,30 cases）, acupuncture combined with ultrasonic treatment group（ group B,30 cases） and drug group（ group C, 30 cases）. Group A was given acupuncture therapy, Group B was given acupuncture combined with ultrasonic treatment, Group C was given oral Diclofenac sodium double release of enteric capsules and Glucosamine hydrochloride capsules. Results：After treatment, the Lequesne index score and serum IL-1 β concentration in the three groups patients were decreased, and the degree of decline in group B was better than that of in group A and group C, （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the difference between group A and group C was no statistical signifi- cance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The curative effect in group B was superior to that of in group A and group B （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while it was not significant difference between group A and group C （ P 〉 0.05 ）. That acupuncture combined with ultrasonic treatment of knee osteoarthritis had good curative effect. Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with ultrasonic treatment could reduce the Lequesne index and the concentra- tion of serum IL-1 beta in the patients whit knee osteoarthritis,so as to improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms.
