针灸治疗乳腺增生病的效应机制研究概况

摘　　要：针灸治疗乳腺增生病主要通过调节紊乱的下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴内分泌功能;调节雌激素受体、孕激素受体及其信号的转导;改善乳腺组织血流动力学;调节免疫功能;调控基因表达等方面来实现。然而针刺是通过何种途径抑制乳腺上皮细胞增生和改善乳腺内血管的形成,针刺后乳腺干细胞收到何种信号来抑制乳腺细胞的增生,以及针刺通过激活或转导哪些基因信号以抑制或阻断乳腺增生病恶变成肿瘤,目前尚不清楚,需要进一步的研究。On the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands by acupuncture is regulate disorder endocrine function of hypothalamus- pituitary-ovarian axis,includes estrogen receptor, progestrone receptor and their signal transduction. Improving mammary tissue haemo- dynamics, regulating immunity and controlling genetic expression. However, for acupuncture, what way to inhibit breast epithelial hyper- plasia and mammary gland in the formation of blood vessels, improve mammary gland stem cells after acupuncture received what signals to inhibit the proliferation of breast cells, and acupuncture by activating or signal transduction genes in order to inhibit or block the dis- ease of mammary gland hyperplasia evil into the tumor. It is not clear, and needs further research.
