摘　　要：药物体内过程受到生理昼夜节律变化的影响,从而可能使药物的临床疗效、毒性显示节律变化。本文从吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等药物体内过程的节律变化角度进行介绍,并阐述相应的节律变化在疾病治疗中的应用。The process of drug in vivo is influenced by the circadian rhythm, which may cause circadian variation in drug efficacy and toxicity. This study mainly reviewed the circadian rhythm of drug kinetic processes such as absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drug. Moreover, Authors also described the application of circadian rhythm in the treatment of disease.
