摘　　要：地质实习是培养学生综合地质知识和实践能力最关键的环节。在贵州大学乌当地质实习中,存在学生学习主动性不够高,创新性研究不足及教学受城市建设影响等突出问题。为此,实习队从课程组织形式和教学方法上进行了改革并取得了相应的效果。为充分发挥地质实习在地质专业人才培养中的作用,作者结合多年野外教学经验,从教学内容、教学方法以及进一步提高地质实习的教学效果等方面进行了探讨。Geological practice is important to cultivate geological comprehensive knowledge and practical ability of students. But for Wudang geological practice of Guizhou University,construction of the city is affecting geological teaching seriously. And some problems appear in the practice teaching,such as some students are not active. So some reforms on organization and teaching methods are used to resolve these problems. Based on the author’s field experience in teaching,some teaching reforms on content and methods are discussed so as to further improve the geological practice teaching.
