摘　　要：基于银离子在水介质中对色氨酸氧化发光反应的催化作用，使用表面活性剂为增敏剂，建立了测定微量色氨酸的表面活性剂增敏催化荧光法。在最佳反应条件下，该方法的线性范围为1×10-8～1×10-6mg／L．其相关系数为0．9951，相对标准偏差（RSD）≤O．95％，检出限为2×10-9mg／L。将该法应用于色氨酸含量的测定，回收率为91％-106％。Based on silver ions in aqueous medium luminescent reaction of catalytic oxidation of tryptophan ,and sur- factants used as sensitizers,the determination method of surfaetant sensitizing catalytic fluorescence was established for trace amounts of tryptophan_.Catalytie reaction conditions were studied.The results showed that：linear range of the determi- nation for the tryptophan content was 1 × 10-8 - 1 × 10-6 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9951, the relatively standard deviation （RSD） ≤0.95% ,and the detection limit was 2×10-9 mg/L.The method was suitable to determine the tryptophan and the recoveries was 91% - 106%.
