摘 要:本实验建立了同时分离检测饲料中西玛津、特丁津、戊唑醇、烯唑醇、胺菊酯、三氟氯氰菊酯6种农药残留的高效液相色谱法。样品用乙腈提取,采用C18柱作为色谱分离柱,以甲醇-水为流动相进行洗脱,紫外检测波长为210nm。结果表明,6种农药有良好的线性关系,其线性相关系数为0.9992~0.9999,检测限为O.5~20ng/mL。样品加标平均回收率为87.3%~104.3%,相对标准偏差为1.35%~3.62%(n=5)。A high performance liquid chromatography method was developed for the separation and determination of 6 pesticides in feeds, including simazine, terbuthylazine, tebuconazole, diniconazole, tetramethrin and cyhalothrin.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile,and separated using CLa column with a mobile phase of methanol and water.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The results showed that 6 pesticide had good linear relationship,the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.9992 and 0.9999,the detection limits were 0.5 - 20 ng/mL,the average spiked recoveries were between 87.3% and 104.3%,and the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.35% - 3.62% (n=5).
