摘 要:本试验旨在研究苏博美利奴羊选育过程中杂交不同世代对产毛性状的影响。选择新疆3个核心群场2.5岁母羊为试验羊,按育种进程分为基础群、级进一代、级进二代、横交一代、横交二代、横交三代、横交四代,共计7个世代组,以基础群为对照组,分别测定细度、剪毛量、净毛率、净毛量、毛长度和剪毛后体重等6个产毛性状,分析各性状遗传参数与选择进展变化曲线。结果表明:羊毛细度、毛长度随杂交世代增加呈缓慢下降趋势,细度与毛长度存在较高的遗传相关(r_A=0.388),选择细度会导致毛长度变短;各世代净毛量、剪毛后体重整体平稳,基本维持了杂交前水平。经过7个世代的选择,细度由基础群的21.18μm达到17.20μm超细毛标准,遗传进展明显;毛长由9.90 cm降至9.13 cm;净毛量由3.12 kg降至3.05 kg。结果显示,级进杂交不同世代对产毛性状有影响,选择细度会降低毛长度和净毛量。The objectives of the present study were to understand the different generation impact on wool traits during Subo Merino breeding stages. Ewes with 2.5 years old were selected from three nuleus herds in Xinjiang region. According to the breeding progress, the ewes were in to sewen generations including basic herd, 1st and 2nd generation of upgrading, 1st, 2nd , 3rd and 4th generation of homebred. Wool fineness, wool weight, clean wool yield, clean wool weight, wool staple length and body weight after shearing were measured. Trends of genetic parameter and selection progress change curve were also analyzed. As the results showed that, wool fineness and wool stable length were declining with the increase of generation. Genetic correlation (rA=0.388) between fineness and wool stable length was moderate. Wool fineness selection resulted in shorten length. Clean wool weight and body weight after shearing in filial generations were the same as in parental generation. After seven generations selection wool fineness was changed from 21.18 μm to 17.20 μm, and meet the superfine wool standard. The genetic progress was obvious. And wool stable length was reduced from 9.90 cm to 9.13 cm, clean wool weight was reduced from 3.12 kg to 3.05 kg. The results from the present study indicated that different generations in upgrading cross stages play roles in wool traits. Wool fines selection may lead to reduced length and clean wool weight.
