摘  要:本文旨在研究包膜氧化锌对断奶仔猪血清生化指标、脂代谢及消化酶活性的影响,探讨低剂量包膜氧化锌替代高剂量氧化锌的可行性。试验选取144头断奶仔猪,随机分为6组,每组3个重复,试验期21 d。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,氧化锌对照组在基础日粮中添加2 250 mg/kg锌(氧化锌),试验组在基础日粮中分别添加2 250、1125、562.5、281.25 mg/kg锌(包膜氧化锌)。结果表明:与对照组相比,日粮添加2 250 mg/kg氧化锌及不同水平包膜氧化锌显著降低了仔猪血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05),对总蛋白、白蛋白、钙、磷含量和谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);2 250 mg/kg氧化锌及不同水平包膜氧化锌显著提高了仔猪血清甘油三酯水平(P<0.05),对血清脂肪酶活性及低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮添加562.5 mg/kg包膜氧化锌显著提高了仔猪空肠黏膜乳糖酶活性(P<0.05),与2 250 mg/kg氧化锌的效果相似。结果提示,断奶仔猪日粮中添加包膜氧化锌可改善仔猪蛋白质合成,调节脂肪代谢,提高消化酶活性,562.5 mg/kg包膜氧化锌具有替代高剂量氧化锌的潜力。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of capsulated zinc oxide (C-ZnO)on serum biochemical indices, lipid metabolism and activity of digestive enzyme of weaning piglets. A total of 144 crossbred piglets (Duroc× LandrancexYorkshire)were randomly assigned into 6 groups with 3 replicates per group. The groups were given a basal corn-soybean meal diet supplemented with 0 (control group), 281.25, 562.5, 1 125 and 2 250 mg/kg zinc as C-ZnO and 2 250 mg/kg zinc as zinc oxide (ZnO). The experiments lastedfor 21 d. Results indicated that compared with the control group, supplementation of C-ZnO and ZnO (2 250 mg/kg zinc)increased serum concentration of urea nitrogen (P〈0.05), while no significant differences in serum concentrations of total protein, albumen, calcium, phosphorus and the activities of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and glutamic pyruvic transaminase(P〉0.05); were obserueddietary levels of C-ZnO and 2 250 mg/kg ZnO increased serum concentration of triglyceride(P〈0.05)while no significant differences in the activity of lipase and the levels of low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein and total cholesterol (P〉0.05)were found; addition of 562.5 mg/kg C-ZnO increased the activity of lactase in jejunlum mucosa (P〈0.05). According to the results, we concluded that C-ZnO can improve protein and lipid metabolism as well as increase the activities of digestive enzymes of weaning piglets, and suplementation of 562.5 mg/kg C-ZnO can replace the using of high dose of ZnO.
