摘　　要：中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和物理有效中性洗涤纤维(peNDF)对奶牛采食量、采食行为、瘤胃发酵、营养消化、生产性能具有重要的影响。因此,日粮中适宜的NDF和peNDF含量对各阶段泌乳奶牛营养生理和健康至关重要。本文综述了NDF和peNDF测定方法的研究以及二者对奶牛营养调控作用的研究进展。The neutral detergent fiber （NDF） and physical effective neutral detergent fiber （peNDF） have great influence on dry matter intake, feeding behavior, rumen fermentation, nutrient digestion and production performance in dairy cows. Therefore, proper content of both NDF and peNDF is crucial to the nutritional physiology and health of lactating dairy cows at their various lactation stages. This paper reviewed the recent advances on NDF and peNDF determination methods and nutitional functions in dairy cows .
