摘  要:针对中性点钳位型三电平并网逆变器(NPC,Neutral Point Clamped Inverter)存在的中点电位不平衡问题,设计了一种六相三电平并网逆变器,并对其主电路结构和控制方法开展研究。首先,通过对主电路结构进行分析,阐述了六相三电平逆变器的工作原理,分析可知六相三电平逆变器不使用续流二极管和分压电容,从而避免了中点电位不平衡问题;其次,对六相三电平逆变器的控制方法进行研究,提出六相三电平逆变器的SVPWM(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation)控制方法;进而,用MALTAB/Simulink软件对其进行仿真,并与NPC型并网逆变器进行对比分析;最后,通过1 k W的实物模型实验,验证了方案的可行性。In view of imbalance of the neutral point potential with the three-phase NPC inverter ( Neutral Point Clamped Inverter ) , this paper designs a six-phase three-level grid connection inverter and discusses the structure of the main circuit and its control method. First, through an analysis of the structure of the main circuit, it explains the working principle of the six-phase three-level inverter, showing that the inverter does not use the flywheel diode and divider capacitor, thus avoiding imbalance of the neutral point potential. Second, it discusses the control method for the six-phase three-level inverter and presents SVPWM ( Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation ) for the control of the six-phase three-level inverter. Furthermore, MALTAB/Simulink simulation is completed, and a comparison is made between the inverter and the NPC-type inverter. Finally' the feasibility of the method is verified through a 1 kW physical model experiment.
