摘 要:试验旨在研究不同精料补饲水平对母马妊娠后期营养物质表观消化率及血清生化指标的影响。采用单因素完全随机区组试验设计,将年龄、胎次、体重、妊娠期接近的伊犁母马24匹,随机分为4个处理组,每个处理6匹马,分别补饲1.5、2.0、2.5、3.0kg精饲料,通过全收粪试验测定饲料营养成分的表观消化率,颈净脉采集血液样品用于测定血清生化指标。结果表明,精料补饲水平对妊娠母马干物质、有机物、能量、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、钙、磷等表观消化率均有显著影响(P<0.05);妊娠母马补饲3.0kg精饲料组各营养物质表观消化率最高。精料补饲水平对妊娠母马血清总蛋白、球蛋白、白蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、谷草转氨酶和碱性磷酸酶无影响(P>0.05);对血清胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白、谷草转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶有显著影响(P<0.05)。在本试验条件下,在妊娠后期对妊娠母马补饲2.0kg/d和3.0kg/d时,饲粮营养物质消化吸收较好,对母马血清生化指标不会产生不良影响。To investigate the effect of different concentrate supplementation levels on nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of mare in late gestation, 24 mares with similar age, parity, weight and gestation period were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 in each by a single factor completely randomized block design and all four groups fed with different levels of concentrate ranging from 1.5 kg, to 2, 2.5 and 3 kg, respectively. The nutrient apparent digestibility were determined by total feces collected and serum biochemical indexes were determined by jugular vein blood samples testing. The results showed that effect of different concentrate supplementation levels on DM, OM, E, CP, EE, NDF, ADF, Ca and P were significantly different(P〈0.05), and all the nutrinent apparent digestibility were the highest in the group with 3.0 kg concentrate supplementation. The effect of different concentrate supplementation levels on content of TP, GLOB, ALB, SUN, Cr, GLU, TG, ALT and ALP were insignificantly different (P〉0.05), while the content of CHOL, HDL, LDL, AST and LDH were significantly different(P〈 0.05). In conclusion, under the experimental condition, the feed digestion and absorption of nutrients in gestational mare were better while the supplementation levels were 2.0 kg/d and 3.0 kg/d in late gesta- tion, and no harmful effect were detected on serum biochemical indexes.
