摘　　要：分析了闽台经贸合作的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁,并对ECFA签订前后闽台经贸的数据进行比较。结果发现,ECFA的签署对闽台进出口贸易、投资往来和产业合作都产生了积极的影响;但两地经贸合作仍存在福建单向让利明显、进出口增长不稳、引资能力下降、产业结构亟待调整等问题;提出福建应不断提升出口产品竞争力、改善投资环境、打造平潭实验区、优化产业结构,以进一步深化闽台经贸合作。By using the method of SWOT analysis, the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of the economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan were analyzed. And the data before and after the signing of Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement were compared. The result showed that ECFA has beneficial effects on the import and export, mutual investment, and industrial cooperation between two sides. However, some problems such as one-way benefit from Fujian, import and export growth unstably, ability to attract investment decreased and industrial structure optimization in cooperation haven＇t been solved. Therefore, Fujian should enhance the competitiveness of export products, improve the investment environment, build Pingtan experimentation area, optimize the industrial structure to deepen the economic and trade cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.
