台州湾海洋循环经济产业集聚区建设思考

摘　　要：发展和培育循环经济是一个集经济、社会、科技和生态发展于一体的复杂系统工程,台州湾海洋循环经济产业集聚区建设即是海洋经济时代在这方面的有益探索和生动实践。该文在简要分析、总结台州湾海洋循环经济产业集聚区建设现状和存在问题基础上,提出了加强和改进集聚区建设的配套策略措施,促进海洋经济持续健康发展。Developing and cultivating the circular economy is a complex project integrated the development of econo my, society, sci-technology and ecology into a system. The construction of Taizhou Bay marine circular economy industry cluster areas is the useful exploring and lively practice in this respect in marine economy times. Based on a brief analysis and summarizing the construction situation and the existing problems of Taizhou Bay marine circular economy industry cluster areas, this paper put forward the strategies and the matching measures to strengthen and improve the construction of the industry cluster areas, and to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the marine economy.
