农业面源污染治理中农户与地方政府行为博弈分析

摘　　要：随着我国工业化、城镇化和农业现代化的快速发展,由提高农业生产需要所引发的农业面源污染问题日趋严重,极大地制约了农业经济社会的可持续发展。通过对农业面源污染治理中农户与地方政府的行为进行博弈分析,提出加强环境保护宣传、培养农业专业合作组织、实施绿色技术援助和推进农业标准化建设等农业面源污染治理对策。Along with the rapid development of industrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization in our country, the agricultural non-point source pollution caused by the need to increase agricultural production becomes worse and worse, and greatly restricts the sustainable development of agricultural economy and society. Based on the game analysis of rights and interests of farmers and the government in the agricultural non point source pollution control, this article put forward agricultural non-point source pollution control countermeasures including strengthening the environmental protection propaganda, cultivating agricultural specialized cooperative organizations, implementing green technical assistance, and promoting the agricultural standardization construction and so on.
